You will
first need to register with NoR in order to buy any of our products.
Registration will require you to provide us with your name, email address,
postal address, password of your choice and your payment card details.
The content of all our web sites is owned by NoR and is protected by
intellectual property rights.
For our audio downloads NoR grants you a limited licence to download certain
purchased and agreed audio content to your computer and/or your device
solely for your personal non-commercial use. You shall not copy, reproduce,
distribute or use the audio content in any other manner.
You shall not sell, transfer, modify, distribute or publicly perform any of
the content on our sites in any manner and you shall not exploit it
commercially.
You may not cancel the order for an audio download or subscription to the
online material once you have had access to the product. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
Use of our service requires a compatible device, Internet access and
appropriate Software.
To access and use our audio services you will need to install or activate
such software as 'Microsoft Windows Media Technology', 'Real Audio' or
similar compatible audio software. It is the customer's responsibility to
determine that their audio software and hardware is compatible with the
audio download available on our site.
You agree that the service, the software and our site, including, but not
limited to content, graphics, and editorial content is owned by NoR and/or
their licensors, and is therefore protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in
any way whatsoever except for use of the service in compliance with these
terms. NoR reserves all rights to our web sites, the software and the
services not expressly granted to you under these terms. No portion of our
service or any of our web sites may be reproduced in any form or by any
means.
If you fail to comply with any of the provisions of these terms, including
violation of third party rights, or if you have allowed access to your
password or account information by any third party, such as two or more
devices are simultaneously accessing your account, or you have acted in a
way that is not in the best interests of NoR, NoR may, at its sole
discretion, without notice to you, terminate our agreement with you and
terminate access to the service. NoR will not be liable to you or to any
third party should it exercise these termination rights and you will not be
entitled to receive a refund of any fees which you have previously paid.
You are responsible for the security of your own system, which includes the
use of up to date virus protection software.
If you have met the registration, hardware, software and payment
requirements but find there is a defect in the audio content that you have
downloaded or attempted to download from the NoR site or if the audio
content is incomplete, you shall document the defect in an email to NoR
within 3 days of first downloading the material. NoR will then discuss with
you the proper downloading procedures including hardware and software
requirements. If you are still unable to download a working copy of the
audio content, NoR will provide you with replacement audio content or a
credit on your NoR account for the defective material, as determined by NoR
at its sole discretion.
All contractual arrangements between us shall be governed by English Law and
the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes
between us.
